About

Wildlife Worldwide is a UK-based wildlife travel specialist founded by Chris Breen and headquartered in Bishop's Sutton, Hampshire. With more than thirty years in the industry, the company has built a global portfolio that spans Africa, the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australasia, and both polar regions, running small-group escorted tours alongside fully tailor-made itineraries led by naturalist guides. While general wildlife travel is the company's foundation, dedicated birding departures form a significant part of the programme. In Europe these include a summer trip to the wader-rich coastal marshes of the northern Netherlands, with bases near Groningen exploring the Waddenzee, Lauwersmeer National Park, and Friesland polders, and a spring tour of Slovakia's Low Tatras and Slovak Karst targeting Ural Owl, Tengmalm's Owl, and a suite of European woodpeckers. In the Neotropics they run an Asa Wright Nature Centre-based tour of Trinidad focused on hummingbirds, motmots, and the famous Dunston Caves oilbird colony. The operator has been recognised by the British Travel Awards and Wanderlust Reader Travel Awards and emphasises responsible tourism, contributing to wildlife charities and conservation partners alongside its commercial programme.
