Wilderness Explorers Africa is a Uganda-headquartered safari operator running birding and general wildlife tours across East, Southern and West Africa, including a less-travelled circuit in Sierra Leone. Their three-day Tiwai Island programme works the forested Moa River reserve for around 135 species including Congo Serpent Eagle and a strong cast of hornbills, kingfishers and sunbirds.
