VMD - Birdwatching in Croatia is an adventure-travel and birdwatching outfit based in Zagreb and run by naturalist guides Edo Vričić and Laura Popovac. Their signature programme is an eight-day, north-to-south itinerary covering the full breadth of Croatia's birdlife, complemented by shorter wetland-focused tours of the green continental interior and weekend trips concentrating on rare breeding seabirds and raptors of the Dalmatian archipelago. Target species include Cory's and Yelkouan Shearwaters, Audouin's Gull and Eleonora's Falcon, set against a backdrop of roughly 387 species recorded in the country.
