About
Paradise Expeditions is a Belizean-owned birding operator established in 1992 by Victor Tut, based at the family-run Crystal Paradise Resort near San Ignacio in western Cayo District. It is one of the longest-operating birding outfits in the country and remains rare among Belizean tour companies for being locally owned end to end.
The company runs 6–10 day itineraries covering Belize's 574+ recorded species, with strong coverage of Mountain Pine Ridge raptors (including Orange-breasted Falcon), Maya Mountain forest specialities, and the lagoons and pine savannas of the central interior. Guides are seasoned Belizean birders who work the local sites year-round.
