Oliwier Myka - Wildlife Guide

Oliwier Myka is a Białystok-based ornithologist who began guiding wildlife tours in 2015 after years of field research on Pygmy Owl and woodpecker populations in Białowieża Forest and wader studies on the Biebrza Marshes. He holds a Master's in biology and works the four signature North Eastern Poland sites — Białowieża, Biebrza, Knyszyn and the Bieszczady Mountains. Tours are run small (3–7 participants) and built around specialist targets including primeval-forest owls, Hazel Grouse, Aquatic Warbler and the breeding-display Great Snipe leks. To date he has hosted hundreds of guests from 28 countries on customized birding and broader wildlife itineraries.
