Nkuringo Safaris is a Uganda-based destination management company and tour operator established in 2007, specialising in primate, wildlife, and birding safaris across East Africa. The company operates throughout Uganda and Rwanda, with extensions into Kenya and Tanzania, working through a network of local guides and eco-conscious staff. Its birding programme covers Albertine Rift hotspots and Lake Victoria Basin endemics, with itineraries that include a 16-day Rwanda bird-watching circuit visiting Nyungwe, Lake Kivu, and Akagera National Park. Signature target species include 29 Albertine Rift endemics such as the Rwenzori Turaco, Red-collared Babbler, and Handsome Francolin, alongside the Scarlet-tufted Sunbird at Volcanoes National Park and the Red-faced Barbet in Akagera.
