About
The Eco-Travel Program is the natural-history and birding-tour arm of New Jersey Audubon, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit conservation organization headquartered in Woodbine, New Jersey. The program has been operating for over thirty years and offers a balanced mix of domestic getaways and international ecotours, with proceeds supporting NJ Audubon's conservation, education, and research mission.
Tours are kept small (typically capped near a dozen participants) and led by experienced staff naturalists such as Senior Naturalist Scott Barnes. Recent itineraries include a Cape Cod winter seabird van tour and trips to Minnesota, Spain, Portugal, and the Delmarva Peninsula, timed for peak bird diversity at each destination.
