McIntyre Birding Tours

McIntyre Birding Tours offers private guided birdwatching in South Texas, with a base in the Corpus Christi area and a focus on the Coastal Bend and Rio Grande Valley regions. Lifelong Texas birder Jon McIntyre runs the operation, working with both novice visitors and experienced listers chasing specific targets. Services range from half-day and full-day outings up to weekend and longer custom trips, and the company also offers pelagic birding trips off the Texas coast. McIntyre has worked seasons aboard the Skimmer Whooping Crane tour boat and participates in Christmas Bird Counts, GBBC and the Rockport Hummingbird Festival.
