Julio Delgado (Picoulet Birding)

Julio ("J") Delgado is a professional birding guide based in Cali, Valle del Cauca, who has been guiding visiting birders around southwestern Colombia for years through what is now branded Picoulet Birding (formerly Cali Tours / Birding Colombia).
