Japan Nature Guides (JNG) is a Japan-wide birding outfit running tailor-made and small-group tours covering the country's signature seasonal highlights. Winter trips focus on Hokkaido's Red-crowned Cranes, Steller's Sea Eagles and Blakiston's Fish Owl, while spring and summer departures target Ryukyu endemics such as the Okinawa Rail and Pryer's Woodpecker. Group sizes are capped at seven participants, and itineraries range from one-day outings to week-long circuits across Hokkaido, Kyushu, the Ryukyus and the Izu Islands. Tours are offered in English alongside Japanese local logistics.
