About

Birdwatching Kenya is a Kenyan birding outfit led by tour guide and photographer Moses Kandie. The company has been operating for more than seven years, running guided trips that target the country's roster of more than 1,100 recorded bird species, including coastal forest specialities and Rift Valley waterbirds. Typical itineraries take in the classic Rift Valley lakes - Nakuru, Naivasha, Baringo, Bogoria - alongside the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Mount Kenya, Kakamega Forest for west-Kenyan specialities, Samburu in the north, and the Arabuko Sokoke Forest and Tsavo parks on the coastal slope. Trips combine birds with the country's large-mammal viewing.
