Birding Los Angeles and Beyond

Birding Los Angeles and Beyond is the guiding operation of Luke Tiller, a British-born birder and natural-history guide based in Altadena, California. He has been planning and leading birdwatching trips around Southern California for private clients since 2012, with additional experience guiding birders across multiple US states and on four continents. Tiller's offering, which also operates under the Under Clear Skies Birding banner, ranges from day trips around the Los Angeles area to multi-day Southern California adventures, festival-based guiding, an annual Black Sea Raptor Tour and bespoke overseas trips. The local focus skews to chaparral and coastal-sage specialties such as California Thrasher, Wrentit and California Gnatcatcher.
