Birding Iguazu

About
Birding Iguazu is the registered birding-guide service of Fernando 'Pocho' Cabral, a Misiones-born naturalist who relocated to Puerto Iguazu in 2010 and holds both a National Tour Guide degree (MP G384) and a specific Iguazu National Park Birding Guide certification. He works the Macuco Trail, Route 101, Urugua-i Provincial Park and outlying patches of Atlantic Forest in northern Misiones, targeting the roughly 450-species regional list with a particular focus on owls, hummingbirds, toucans and forest specialists.
Cabral runs guiding solo as a one-on-one or small-private operation rather than a brand, supplements the work with citizen-science contributions, and is regularly recommended in trip reports as the local Iguazu specialist on the Argentine side.
