African Birding Trips

African Birding Trips (operated by Africa Adventure Vacations) is a Kampala-based East and Central African birding operator that runs Tanzania trips out of its Uganda head office. Their Tanzania catalogue centres on shorter northern-circuit birding safaris — typically 5-day Arusha / Tarangire / Lake Manyara / Ngorongoro itineraries — pitched at clients combining Tanzania with longer Uganda or Rwanda primate-and-bird programmes. Because the operator is rooted in Uganda, where it has its main guide bench and logistics, Tanzania trips are most useful as part of a multi-country East/Central African circuit rather than as a Tanzania-only build.
